The Magic of a Subproduct List
Recently I’ve been applying a lot of business technology that was discovered or developed by Mr. Hubbard. In doing so I’ve come across a subproduct list. Subproduct meaning a secondary product that must be obtained before the actual product your trying to produce can be gotten/made. And a subproduct list is a list of all of the subproducts one needs to have in order to obtain that specific end product.
These lists are amazing. I’ve put together my own list on the subproducts I need to have in order to product the product I create in my business and it’s help so much in so many ways. It’s really helping me expand and increase my production. Plus I can now easily and quickly spot where things are going wrong with a product I’m making and simply remedy it by looking back at my subproduct list and seeing what I’m not doing or did not do completely.
On top of that I’ve create a check list using my subproduct list so now I can just go down my check list when producing a product and follow the steps I’ve written. This really help make it a lot easier, I know exactly what is needed next and what is completed. This simple tool in itself has made my life and operating in a business so much easier.
